Buying Your Own Liquor for your Wedding

Purchasing a "buy-out" from your caterer is a great way to save money on your guests liquor consumption. Basically, you pay the caterer a set fee to provide the bartender, the mixers, ice and garnishes and you bring in your own liquor, beer and wine. Not only does it cost a lot less, but you get to pick the liquor and wine you really enjoy AND since you keep the leftovers, get a jumpstart on your marital liquor cabinet/wine cellar.

I would love to do a wedding with a buyout that got creative with the liquor they purchased. I can imagine a really cool looking bar with all these vintage inspired bottles...

Maybe add a bar cart to the registry?
