Bridal Style Photographed by Christian Oath

Black panty hose remind me of the 1920s and my grandmother and funerals. Which is why I was shocked to see I absolutely adore this bride's style, black panty hose with a short winter dress. So amazingly chic and her wedding shoes are to die for too! See the entire post at Style Me Pretty.

Milan Paper Lantern Inspiration

I love these varied paper lanterns in the streets of Milan. They would be beautiful over a dance floor or dinner tables. Photos from Notcot.

Gifts for Bridesmaids

It's hard to find great gifts for bridal party members and stay within your budget. All of these items are under $100 and very unique, cool gifts for your friends. Sourced from Champagne Taste Beer Budget

Swims galoshes for your wedding

It's been pouring in San Francisco and it makes me think of rainy weddings. I think rain at a wedding is so beautiful and such good luck. I'll never forget when I was little and my cousins got married, all the adults were joyously dancing in the rain!

We've seen a lot of galoshes with wedding gowns and groom's suits which is a lot of fun. These are two of my favorites from Green Wedding Shoes and The Perfect Palette...

But how about a chic alternative to staying dry in the rain? Swims, a Norweigian company, makes stylish galoshes for city folk. They have tuxedo shoe and loafer styles for men and ballerina slipper and high heel covers for women.

It would be amazing to be able to provide them for all your guests if you were getting married somewhere muddy or rainy!

Unique Wedding Invitations by Perky Brothers

We've been seeing a lot of wood grain on paper materials lately from invitations to gift tags and I love the rustic, organic charm it lends peripherals. I've seen both wood print and printing on real wood, but this letterpress version designed by the groom of Perky Bros LLC is such a unique interpretation of the wood style. It's black and white and has an almost eerie quality to it, but the beautiful script and tactile, soft string make it approachable and warm. Very cool.

Michael Daigian Design at Macy's

One of my favorite florists is exhibiting at Macy's right now for their annual Bouquets of the Day floral show. Michael Daigian created an Alice in Wonderland themed installation that is wacky, colorful and wild without being too themey. It will be up until the end of the evening tonight so go check it out at Macy's Union Square in San Francisco.

Michael will also be lecturing at Macy's this weekend, Saturday at 2PM, details on the Macy's website.
